The 1st International Conference on Emerging Tools for Sustainable Development (ICETSD-2026) is the premier multidisciplinary academic conference hosted by the Department of Research & Development, Aryan Institute of Engineering & Technology (AIET) in the smart capital city of Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
The primary aim of ICETSD-2026 is to bring together researchers, academicians, industrial pioneers, and research scientists from leading institutions throughout the world. Alongside scholars, executives and practicing engineers from the energy sector, manufacturing industries, sustainable infrastructure boards, and computing organizations are invited to exchange ideas and share breakthrough methodologies addressing global sustainable development goals.
Prospective authors are invited to submit full research papers describing original, previously unpublished, complete work (not currently under review by any other conference or journal). Manuscripts should present substantial contributions in theory, methodology, simulation, and experimental validation. All accepted and presented papers by registered delegates will be forwarded for publication in a recognized Scopus-Indexed Proceedings Series.
Instructions for Authors & Submission Guidelines
ICETSD-2026 invites researchers, faculty, industrial practitioners, and scholars worldwide to submit original papers for presentation. All manuscripts undergo rigorous double-blind peer review.
Submission & Publication Requirements

Originality & Similarity: Submissions must be original, unpublished, and not under concurrent review elsewhere. Similarity threshold must be strictly below 15% (excluding references).

Page Limits: Initial draft submissions are recommended to be approximately 5 pages (inclusive of figures, tables, and citations). Up to two (2) extra pages are permissible with an additional fee at registration.

Double-Blind Review: All submissions will be evaluated blindly by at least two independent expert reviewers based on technical novelty, methodological soundness, and clarity.

File Format: Electronic submission must be provided in PDF format. Authors of accepted papers will subsequently furnish source files (Word/LaTeX) for final production proofs.

Registration Requirement: At least one author of each accepted paper must complete registration and present the paper at the conference to qualify for proceedings inclusion.

Strict 'No-Show' Policy: Papers that are accepted but not presented during the designated hybrid/oral sessions will not be forwarded to the publisher for Scopus indexing.
4-Stage Conference Lifecycle
Initial Draft Submission
Prepare single-column manuscript (~5 pages). Submit electronically via the online portal form or official editorial email before the closing deadline.
Independent Peer Review
Manuscripts undergo double-blind evaluation by domain experts on novelty, mathematical rigor, practical feasibility, and clarity.
Camera-Ready Revision
Incorporate reviewer recommendations. Submit final camera-ready copy along with signed copyright authorization and author response sheet.
Presentation & Proceedings
Present your paper in hybrid mode (in-person at AIET Bhubaneswar or online). Accepted presented papers proceed to Scopus series inclusion.
Publication Note: All accepted and presented papers will be published in conference e-proceedings targeted for inclusion in recognized Scopus-indexed proceeding series (indexed in SCOPUS, Google Scholar, and major indexing databases).
